Parkvale Mushrooms are our mushroom supplier here at The Farriers and we can not speak highly enough of their amazing produce. Their mushrooms grow in naturally fermented compost, rich in goodness, which has been composted for two weeks and then conditioned in a room at 45-60C. This all means that you get to enjoy the tastiest mushrooms when you come and eat at The Farriers.
